日本學者開發簡化版 EUV 曝光設備，大幅降低晶片製造成本
據外媒 Tom’s Hardware 報導，沖繩科技技術大學院大學（OIST）研究團隊提出全新、大幅簡化的 EUV 曝光設備，價格比 ASML 設備便宜，若能投入量產，有望重塑晶片製造設備產業、甚至整個半導體業。
